100% care is taken in manufacturing our products but as these are handmade they may contain slight manufacturing marks , scuffs & dents which all contribute to the beauty of our hand made products. Once delivery note is signed products will be responsibility of owner and thomasjamesbathcollections will not take responsibility for any damage. Please check products before signing. Customer will be responsible for any return carrige charges.

 

Prices and Payment

The Price of our products are written on the Website and on the confirmation of the order. All our price are in Great British Pounds Sterling and excludes all taxes. Your order will only be delivered once we receive the full payment in our account. If the delivery address is outside the U.K. the buyer is liable for delivery charges and any other duty/ charges in the delivery country.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, taxes/duty changes, we shall have the right to cancel/refuse any orders listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will notify you via an email regarding this.

We accept bank transfer and Paypal. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number (if providing landline no. please include the area code) - the address and phone number should be same as it is with your bank. Same as your Paypal account(if making payments via Paypal). Any Incorrect information will cause a delay or may result in cancellation of your order. Your order will only be processed once we receive the payment.

 

Delivery Charges

All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges, unless otherwise stated, and will be added to the price of the products purchased.

Sometimes we offer free delivery to U.K. excluding the highlands and more remote areas.

 

Delivery to UK mainland addresses is calculated based on the postcode, weight and type of item being shipped.

 

 

Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. Customers living in the remote areas should expect their delivery time to be extended by 3- 4 days.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses may be possible but will incur a tailored delivery quote.

 

Delivery Schedule

We will try our best to despatch and deliver your product as early as possible but Delivery times for some products can vary.. We will contact you regarding your delivery to confirm a date. It can take from 5 days to 12 weeks to deliver your product. In no circumstances shall we be liable for any delay in delivery or loss arising from it, however caused.

 

Goods can only be delivered to the customer’s delivery address (they cannot be left with a neighbour or anywhere other than the delivery address given at the time of purchase) and must be checked and signed for. The Carrier may also ask to see identification before leaving the goods, (to protect us from any type of fraud).

 

Standard Pallet Delivery for bathtubs/bigger items is a road side one man service, and assistance may be required from the customer.

 

When goods are offered for delivery by us, our obligation is limited to delivery as near to the site as safe hard road and vehicle size permits within the law.

You are responsible for providing, free of charge, the labour required to unload and stack your goods. we advise you to arrange 2 able men for bathtubs and other heavy products.

Our delivery drivers and any other accompanying person(if any) are not authorised to enter your premises. We strongly recommend you do not book any installers until the goods have been received by you.

We will not be liable for costs you incur due to non-delivery/ late delivery of goods or your engagement of fitters and traders.

Note: - If you fail to accept delivery of goods on the date of delivery or fail to give us sufficient / specific delivery instructions for any reason for the date agreed for delivery, then we reserve the right to charge you delivery charges paid by us to our delivery company even if we have offered you free delivery.

 

 

Guarantee

All our products comes with a 2 years construction guarantee although copper being non-corrosive it will last generations. The guarantee excludes faults caused by any accidents , neglect and misuse. The guarantee also exclude when the damage happen during installation due to mishandling and neglect.

 

 

Returns and Refunds

We recommend that all goods are checked and inform us within 24 hours of delivery to ensure that we have adequate time to replace anything that is not satisfactory or incorrect. Please do inform us in writing with photographs in case the product is faulty w sales@bathcollections.co.uk.

 

You have 24 Hours to inspect the goods for any faults or damage for returns and refunds from the day of the delivery.

 

The customer will pay the charges in case of a return.

The product should be returned with original invoice.

 

The items must be returned unused, well packed and in re-sellable original condition, including the original retail packaging. If the packaging is damaged and not usable again a fair amount will be deducted from the refund.

You should notify us within 14 Days of delivery if your goods are damaged/ incorrect, after this time we will not able to provide a refund for these items.

 

Once the item has been installed/fitted/attempted to be fitted it is deemed that you have accepted those goods and we will not be able to replace the goods as "damaged in transit" or "faulty” or accept returns.

 

Customised, made to order or bespoke products orders cannot be cancelled as these products are exempt from the right to cancel under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000.

If we are unable to deliver the goods due to the unavailability of the delivery service in your area we will contact you via email or phone to discuss further options or if additional delivery charges to our standard rates are required we will inform you via email or phone to discuss further options.

 

 

Cancellation of an Order

Orders can be cancelled by emailing at sales@bathcollections.co.uk within 48 hours after placing the order. We will respond to your request by email and confirm that your order has been cancelled or has already been despatched. If you do not receive an email or call from us, then your order has not been cancelled and already been dispatched.

Orders that are cancelled after despatch by us are subject to any return collection charges+ delivery charges even if the product is offered with free delivery or you can arrange a return by your chosen courier with appropriate insurance at your cost and the delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. The product should be returned with original invoice.

 

 

Extent of Liability

We are not liable to you or any third parties for any loss or damage which may occur as a result of any breach of this contract. In any event, the liability held by us as a cause of our negligence will not exceed the invoice value of the goods. We are not held liable for any damage that may occur through the use of our website and we make every effort to ensure that this website is safe for all users to utilise.

 

 

Proper law

Every contract to which these conditions apply shall be construed and operate as an English contract and in accordance with English Law. All disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

 

 

Bespoke Colour Bathtubs

 

We have an extensive collection of colours available for you to choose from for your luxurious bathtubs. We can coat any freestanding roll top bathtub from acrylic to stone composite. All colours have to be visually agreed by customers before coating commences. No returns will be available on these items as they are fully bespoke. Please allow 2-3 weeks for coating process. All quotes are individually tailored to your requirements. All colours are taken from RAL colour chart. All of our coating are coated in a clear marine laquer to preserve and protect colour. Slight colour changes may occur from sample swatches to final coating. All coatings come with a 2 year gurentee on coating only. We reserve the right to void any warentee if we deem problems to be caused by user or by installation..
